Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Tax Lawyer at Mahesh Kumar & Co Chartered Accountants in Delhi, India. The Direct Tax Lawyer will be responsible for handling tax planning, tax law, tax advisory, and direct tax matters. Day-to-day tasks include providing functional legal advice on commercial and business affairs, specializing in litigation services, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing various agreements.
Qualifications
Tax Planning and Tax Law skills
Expertise in Tax Advisory and tribunals
Knowledge of Direct Tax Matters
Experience in handling tax-related issues at tribunal
Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations
Ability to analyze complex tax situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team
LLB or LLM degree with specialization in Tax Law is a plus
