Job Description
As the legal counsel, you will be responsible to drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to service agreements, vendor agreements, artist agreements etc
Managing litigation and disputes related to the platform and engaging with external counsels if required
Handling various compliances relevant to the operations of the business on a day to day basis
The Successful Applicant
You must be an LLB graduated with a minimum of ten years of experience preferably across industries like FMCG, internet tech or media. You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
