Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in civil and commercial courts, as well as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). This role involves handling motions, conducting thorough legal research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of litigation processes.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in handling civil and commercial litigation matters and representing clients in civil and commercial courts and NCLT.
Proficiency in legal research and the preparation of motions and legal documents.
Experience in conducting depositions and interviews.
Strong court representation skills and experience in appearing before various judicial forums.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Commercial Arbitration, or Employment Law is an advantage.
BA LLB or an equivalent degree in Law.
