We at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for the position of Marketing to join our team in Kolkata. This role will support the marketing department in developing and executing strategies to promote our real estate projects, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing and law within the real estate sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents for Brands/Retailers.
- Negotiation and Finalization of legal clauses with Brand’s/Retailer’s Legal Department and execution of documents in stages (Term Sheet, Agreement/MOU), Lease Deed, Registration).
- Intimation and issuance of various notices for various situations, as and when required, to various Brands/retailers.
Additional Skills:
-Proficient in MS WORD and XLS .
-Candidate should be a self-starter and should have an eye for detail.
- Should bring in in-depth knowledge of companies act, contracts act, litigation and property laws etc;
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, as the resource will be actively interacting with the external corporate legal teams and agencies.
Qualification required:
-L.L.B.
-Marketing Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in the Real Estate Sector.
