Skill Set Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, and corporate law with new BNSS & BNS 2023.
Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to critically analyze legal issues and disputes.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective legal solutions.
Attention to detail in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with legal authorities, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with management and other departments.
Must be a qualified legal practitioner, with a valid license to practice law.
Responsibilities:
To look after all cases / disputes before any court of law, like,- civil court, criminal court as well as high court and also before the authorities / board of the State & Central govt.
To prepare an updated report of the status of cases / disputes before different forums in prescribed format on regular basis.
To take necessary instructions / advice from the superiors in legal matters as well as cases pending in day to day working. Representing company wherever required before any court of law.
To take steps as decided by the management before relevant forums.
To file / lodge / complaint before police stations and take necessary further steps as required.
To furnish legal opinion / suggestions relevant to cases / disputes sought for to management.
To appear before the competent authorities / court / board as management representative.
To discuss the matter relevant to cases / disputes in the organization legal forum Group on a daily basis.
Any other assignments as entrusted by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required. Master’s degree (LLM) or equivalent is preferred.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate or litigation environment.
