Job Description

As a Batch Manager/Student Success Manager at Pregrad, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community, supporting student success, and ensuring a smooth academic journey for our students. Your responsibilities will span various areas, all aimed at enhancing the student experience.

Batch Orientation:

Plan and execute a successful orientation for the new batch.

Community Management:

Cultivate a strong sense of belonging among students.

Facilitate Organising events, workshops, and collaborative activities.

Foster connections between students, faculty, and industry professionals.

Monitoring and identifying extreme behaviours of students and addressing them accordingly.

Academic Support:

Serve as a point of contact for academic queries and concerns.

Collaborate with faculty to address student needs.

Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records related to cohort activities, attendance, projects, assignments, and performance metrics.

Use data insights to enhance student support initiatives.

Program Enhancement:

Continuously assess the effectiveness of cohort programs.

Propose improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.

Student Advocacy:

Advocate for student needs within the organization.

Ensure that policies and resources align with student well-being.

Be a single point of contact for parents of the allotted students.

Mentorship Programs:

Develop and oversee mentorship initiatives for students.

Pair students with mentors from industry or alumni networks.

Attendance Management:

Ensure that the students are attending all the scheduled sessions.

Informing parents in case of extended leave or any right action.

Approving and maintaining records of leaves and attendance of the students and mentor.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or a related field.

Experience: program coordination.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Empathy: Ability to understand and address student concerns.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage events and schedules.

Collaboration: Work effectively with faculty, administrators, and students.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for communication and data tracking.
