Drafting patent applications and managing the patent prosecution process.
Representing clients in hearings before the patent office.
Preparing oppositions and attending opposition hearings.
Coordinating independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm.

Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in patent prosecution.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecom)
