Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals, focusing on increasing brand equity, awareness, and market share.

Use insights and trends to shape brand positioning and marketing strategies.

Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products align with the brand's identity and meet consumer expectations.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, in-store) to promote brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Develop and oversee the creation of compelling brand messages and content that resonate with the target audience. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Identify and manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, beauty experts, and other brands to enhance the brand’s visibility and credibility.

Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, using data and analytics to measure success and inform future strategies.

Train and support internal teams on brand guidelines and ensure that all team members are advocates of the brand's values and mission.

Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior management, external agencies, and partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand strategies.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of beauty and personal care markets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
