Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate Litigation (Civil & Criminal) having PQE of 3 years or more at Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. Legal Associate, will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including research, legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively and comprehensive legal advice.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of law, including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws
Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
Well versed with Marathi/ Local Language
Excellent drafting skill
Law and Legal Issues knowledge
Strong legal document preparation skills
Excellent analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal matters
Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
Experience in specific legal domains (e.g., Criminal, Civil, Corporate Law) is a plus
Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred
