Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Personal Injury Specialist at TLB, you will play a vital role in supporting the Personal Injury attorneys in providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
reviewing medical records and hospital records
arranging the records into the files
understanding and carry experience of drafting settlement proposals and mediation briefs after reviewing the records
Work on motor vehicle personal injury cases
Qualifications:
must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the industry preferably an LPO
Strong knowledge of Aberta (Canada ) laws
strong drafting skills
ability to pick up cases from the start
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Commitment to client service and a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
