We are searching for a Legal Lead for a reputed client from the Textile Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts and Agreements Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Advise on contractual terms and potential risks.
Grievance Redressal:
Develop and implement strategies for handling grievances and disputes.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between parties internally or externally.
Advise management on best practices for dispute resolution.
Litigation Management:
Collaborate with external counsel on legal proceedings.
Manage litigation matters, including gathering evidence and documentation.
Represent the company in court proceedings when necessary.
Intellectual Property Protection:
Oversee the protection of trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
Conduct IP audits and ensure proper registration and maintenance.
Initiate and manage enforcement actions against infringement.
Compliance and Regulatory Matters:
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all business operations.
Provide guidance and training to employees on legal matters.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements :
LLB with 10-12 years of industry experience
Effective communication skills
Strong experience in Litigation, Compliances and documentation
