**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Liaisoning Commercial Manager to manage and oversee all liaison activities with law enforcement agencies, particularly the police, and to handle legal matters involving commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in legal reasoning, possess strong analytical skills for calculations and decision-making, and demonstrate exceptional follow-up abilities to ensure that all commitments are honored by clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Liaisoning with Law Enforcement:**

- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with police departments and other law enforcement agencies.

- Represent the company in legal matters involving law enforcement and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

- Handle and resolve any disputes or issues that require police involvement, ensuring swift and favorable outcomes for the company.

2. **Legal Analysis and Reasoning:**

- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.

- Provide sound legal advice on commercial matters, including the interpretation of contracts, risk assessment, and potential legal consequences.

- Work closely with legal counsel to develop strategies for resolving legal disputes and managing litigation.

3. **Commercial Management:**

- Monitor and enforce the fulfillment of commercial commitments made by clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Develop and implement systems to track and follow up on all commercial commitments, ensuring that deadlines are met and obligations are fulfilled.
