Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advocate specializing in Revenue and Land matters to join our team in Zundal, Chandkheda. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property law, land acquisition, revenue cases, and related legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle legal matters related to land revenue, including disputes, acquisitions, and land transfers.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to land and property.
Represent clients in courts, revenue offices, and other legal forums.
Provide legal advice and counsel on land-related issues, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
Liaise with government authorities, including revenue departments, for matters related to land records, mutation, and property tax.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on current legal developments in land and revenue law.
Manage and resolve land disputes, including ownership issues, encroachments, and easements.
Prepare and submit legal notices, appeals, and petitions as required.
Maintain and update land records and ensure proper documentation for legal proceedings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in handling revenue and land-related legal matters.
Strong understanding of property law, land acquisition processes, and revenue law.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in Gujarati and English languages.
