Key Customers include Strategic Planners, Operations, Construction, Finance, Landlords, Building Managers, Brokers, Corporate Affairs and Legal Execute opening plan for the assigned territory. Identify landlords, negotiate the best real estate terms and easement arrangements for Si Nonnas. Compile jointly with Strategic Planners the Real Estate Package, is accountable for Real Estate Terms, Signage Proposal, Restaurant Layout and financial projections, for management approval. Engage, leverage and manage pre-approved Brokers/ Consultants to deliver opening plan Guide team to Complete all legal documentation and seeks advice from lawyers as required. Co-ordinate with other inter-departments on specific terms and conditions as stated in the lease agreements.
