Looking to connect with legal professionals between 5-8 years of experience in general corporate and commercial transactions for a #housingmanagement company in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:-
1.Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including but not limited to lease agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements and partnership agreements
2.Offer strategic legal guidance and advisory services
3.Manage and oversee litigation matters
4.Assist in development and implementation of legal policies
5.Stay abreast with relevant laws, regulations and industry trends impacting the organisation's operations and advise on potential legal implications
Qualifications:-
1.Bachelors degree in law
2.5-8 years of post qualification of experience from a law firm
3.Abilitiy to work independently
