Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including drafting and filing pleadings.

· Oversee all aspects of case preparation and presentation, from initial strategy to trial.

· Understand client objectives and tailor legal strategies to achieve their goals.

· Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Interpret laws, regulations, and case precedents to advise clients and formulate legal arguments.

· Prepare cases for trial, including developing case theories, presenting evidence, and examining witnesses. Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation proceedings.

· Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on legal matters and case management.

· Ensure all legal activities comply with ethical standards and legal regulations. Uphold the firm's commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).

· 7-10 years of litigation experience preferred. Proficient in Civil Litigation and basic criminal law. High Court, NCLT & DRT will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of High Court and lower court procedures and legal documentation.

· Proficiency in Kannada language (spoken and written).

· Excellent drafting and argument skills

· Strong analytical and research skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
