This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate - Customer Interaction at Guru Punvaanii Properties. The role involves daily tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, clarifying customer doubts, effective communication with clients, enhancing customer service, and optimising customer experience in the real estate domain.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Enhanced Customer Experience capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Experience in the real estate industry is a mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Legal is must
Experience - 3 to 4 years
Remuneration: 40-50k / per month
