Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-qualified legal and compliance professional with exposure to securities laws and secretarial matters to join our team. The successful candidate will act as our legal counsel, an internal legal touchpoint, and help strengthen our governance practice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Independently undertake end-to-end contract management from drafting, reviewing to negotiating agreements with our business partners and investor-clients.

· Support the firm’s litigation management and provide legal and regulatory support to internal stakeholders on legal matters.

· Closely assist the Compliance officer in monitoring and reporting on changes in SEBI PMS/AIF/Broking regulations and advise on the impact of these changes.

· Strengthen Corporate Governance Practice by managing all aspects of the board of the Company including issue of Notices, preparation of Agenda and Minutes, and take necessarily follow up actions.

Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

· A qualified Company Secretary (CS) with an LLB (full-time) or an equivalent full-time degree in securities law from institutions of national reputation.

· Prior relevant experience on securities laws with an overall experience of 4 to 8 years.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
