NODWIN is on the lookout for a Media Entertainment & Esports Lawyer. The Lawyer should be able to draft and proof read the following documents/agreements:
• Partnership Agreements
• NDA/ non-compete
• Licensing Agreements
• Supplier Agreements
• Letters of Intent/Memorandums of Understanding
• Residential/Commercial Leases
• Employment Contracts
• Business Contracts
• Other business-related Agreements
• Corporate law Assistance
• T&C’s Requirements
• Media Agreements
Responsibilities
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and clients.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to client agreements
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Requirements
· 1-4 years of work experience as Lawyer in any firm
· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
· In addition to which, they should be team players who take a pro-active interest in the company and the work that we do.
Location: Gurgaon, India
Qualification: PG/MBA
Salary: up to 500,000 /year
