Role Description
- Client Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations to assess client immigration needs and provide tailored advice.
- Application Preparation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate immigration applications and supporting documents.
- Policy Updates: Stay informed on the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Client Support: Maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements to maintain high ethical standards.
- Advise clients on the visa application process, including required documentation, eligibility
criteria, and timelines.
- Assess client profiles to determine the most suitable visa category and ensure compliance
with immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and
maximize approval rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and changes that may
affect client applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their
applications and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (embassies, consulates, etc.) to
expedite the visa process when necessary.

Qualifications
-Any graduate and post graduate can apply for this role.
- Proven work experience as a Visa Counselor, Visa Consultant, or similar role in the
immigration services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of visa categories, immigration laws, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
preferred.
