Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Legal Manager with a strong legal background with a legal qualifications from a very reputed college and have a solid understanding of contracts and litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review, and proof reading a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements, etc.
Managing Legal Documentation: Maintain and organise all legal documents and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Liaising with External Legal Counsel and to ensure that the company is properly represented in any legal dealings.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and work proactively with various departments to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B or L.L.M) from an accredited law school. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and litigation processes.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and drafting contracts. Ability to analyse complex legal documents and identify potential risks and issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Familiarity with the tours and travel industry or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
