Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer at Sanghvi Realty. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, contracts, property acquisitions, and compliance. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
Legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
Contract negotiation and management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Law degree from a recognized institution
