Our client operates across traditional and e-commerce sales platforms, selling a wide variety of consumer linked products. This is a high level role with incredible exposure to senior executives and business leaders within a Tier 1 MNC.
Key Focus
CofE, High Level Rollout: 70%
Action & Projects: 30%
The role
The key elements of this role focus on the build and rollout of a CofE, globally. Although the main focus will be Africa, Middle East and Asia.
You will act as a key advisor across multiple regions, supporting business leaders on a variety of compliance and commercial issues. Think high level support down to directing on the ground legal and compliance professionals both internally and external.
Technical areas include AB&C, FCPA, Disputes, Employment, General Compliance, Ethics.
You will manage internal / external vendors to lead employment/dispute matters in countries where the firm does not have on the ground support.
You will deliver training to business leaders across the regions on critical frameworks that align with the overall global operation.
Playing an integral part in business growth and success with influence and oversight to functions such as litigation, risk management and compliance.
The requirements
8 - 20 PQE
Trained and qualified at a reputable law firm
In-House exposure is preferred and across a number of regions such as Africa, Middle East and Asia
Compliance background - essential, in an MNC - desirable
Energetic, great communication skills and someone who values culture – all key attributes
High levels of influence and knowledge of the regions mentioned are seen as priority to success
