Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer at TA Solution in Chandigarh. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on immigration matters, assisting in visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and representing clients in immigration hearings and appeals.
Qualifications
Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
Experience in handling visa applications and immigration processes
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Law degree and license to practice as an Immigration Lawyer
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Employment based visas and Family visas experience
Legal Fundamentals
