🔹 Location: Bengaluru
🔹 Experience required: 1+ years in Real Estate
🔹 Education: Law Degree must be enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of property transactions, regulatory compliance, and legal drafting
Responsibilities:
-Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
-Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
-Conduct due diligence and research on property titles, land use, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
-Vet and verify property documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-Represent clients in real estate disputes and facilitate settlement processes.
-Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.
-Stay updated with developments in real estate law and regulations
Qualities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
