Qualifications
Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Legal Compliance skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in corporate governance and risk management
Knowledge of intellectual property rights and data protection regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
