Role/Job Title: Collection Manager
Function/Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose
To help IFBL team formulating and execute legal collection strategy to recover the dues through legal proceeds.
Roles & Responsibilities
SARFAESI - must handle end to end SARFAESI proceedings, litigation and should bring logical conclusion in NPA accounts.
Collection: responsible for collections in HL and LAP accounts, specifically in 90+ delinquent accounts across PAN India
Contacting the customer personally, visiting in person and following up for timely repayment of loan instalments, overdue amount, loan closure, intimating the customers regarding non repayment and repercussion thereof.
Achieving the collections target, reduction in delinquency rate
Appearing in Police station /District magistrate, SRO office etc. towards liquidation of Property, recovery of loan etc.
Will be managing all matters in litigation.
Collaborate with bank's team - collection, Legal etc. to implement the strategy being followed by bank into IFBL Business
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
To develop the team in all legal matters and Road map for collection of dues through Recovery/Legal measures.
Educational Qualifications
BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech / LLB or any other graduate.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
