Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in corporate law, particularly in areas such as contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage legal risks and ensure the company’s operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including corporate law, contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Design, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect the company’s interests.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing projects and provide insights on emerging legal trends affecting the consultancy sector.
Manage legal risks by ensuring that the company and its clients adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, or negotiations as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address legal concerns and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that could impact the consultancy business and advise the company accordingly.
Knowledge of international law and cross-border transactions
