Drafting Agreements, MOU’s, Sale Deeds / Conveyances, Contracts, Lease & License Agreements, and other legal and non-litigation drafting.
Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
Attending matters in court
Reviewing, maintaining and updating legal documents of all ongoing real estate transactions of the company.
Desired candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in law
At least 10 years working experience with law firm / Developer
Should preferably have knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
Expertise in Drafting and good command over English.
