Job Description:
Convin is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our passionate team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning a product line and shaping our product strategy. You'll navigate user needs and business objectives, ensuring our product continues to meet market demands and delight our users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Visionary: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that inspires our team and users. 2. Customer Advocate: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and ensure the voice of the customer is central to our product decisions.
3. Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritise features, manage the backlog, and ensure smooth execution.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product vision to life.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data to inform product decisions, analyse metrics, and identify trends.
6. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
● MBA Degree with a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
● Minimum 3 to 5 year prior experience in a product management role or related field
● Passionate to work on AI and have an interest in exploring and learning about AI products
● Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
