Schedule: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Civil Law & Arbitration: Provide legal support and guidance on civil and arbitration matters.
In-House Litigation: Assist with in-house litigation processes, including case preparation and document review.
Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on civil law and arbitration.
Skills: Strong understanding of civil and arbitration laws; some experience with in-house litigation preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
