Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Advocates at LexArbitri in Mumbai. Advocates are responsible for strategizing and undertaking written and oral advocacy in arbitrations within and outside India, handling large, complex, and high-value disputes, and providing counsel to multinational corporations and investment funds.
Qualifications
Advocacy, Legal Research, and Legal Writing skills
Experience in International Commercial Arbitration and Commercial Litigation
Regulatory Litigation and White Collar Investigations expertise
Dispute Support Services and Arbitration Rules knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Law degree from a reputable institution
Membership of relevant bar associations
