Responsibilities and Duties
Identifying new business leads
Creating outreach pipeline
Accounts Management - Maintaining business relationships
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on professional networking platforms) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the CSR needs of corporates and PSUs
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Create and run outreach campaigns
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
Impact driven entrepreneurial zeal
Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals and targets.
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in CSR business development.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Self-Driven: A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving objectives.
Passion: A genuine passion for communicating the social impact of our initiatives.
Persuasive: The ability to effectively advocate for our organization's mission.
Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, with the capacity to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
Frugality: Experience in working effectively within resource-constrained environments.
