Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Enrollment Counselor to join our fast-growing team at GVC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales or consultative selling, and a deep passion for education and student development. You will play a critical role in guiding prospective students (and their families) through the enrollment process, helping them understand the unique benefits of GVC’s programs, and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding enrollment goals, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information on GVC’s programs, including workshops, entrepreneurial clubs, and mentorship opportunities.

Guide parents and students through the enrollment process, offering consultative advice to ensure our programs align with the student’s goals and interests.

Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address concerns, explain the benefits of GVC programs, and highlight how GVC can help the student achieve their potential.

Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals by actively nurturing leads, following up with potential students, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data regarding all lead interactions, enrollment progress, and student follow-up.

Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to improve lead conversion strategies, ensuring prospective students receive personalized and engaging communication.

Understand and anticipate the needs and concerns of prospective students and their families, acting as an advocate to ensure a positive experience.

Contribute to community webinars, open houses, and other events to promote GVC programs and engage with interested families.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a consultative sales or enrollment position, preferably within the education or ed-tech industry.

Strong understanding of the student journey and the challenges parents face when selecting educational programs for their children.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.

Experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.

Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously, stay organized, and follow up efficiently.

Strong emotional intelligence and empathy to effectively connect with families and understand their unique needs.

High energy, self-motivated, and a desire to work in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience working with international students or exposure to global education systems.

Familiarity with entrepreneurial, leadership, or technology-driven educational programs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment where responsibilities may expand.
