Job Description
Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters.
Handle contract negotiations, drafting, and reviewing.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within the F&B industry.
Manage legal risk across all operations in the Accommodation / Hotels sector.
Liaise with external legal counsel as required on Litigation matters
The Successful Applicant
Desired profile of Legal Counsel should have:
4-7 years of experience and should be in Mumbai
