Role Description
This is an internship role for an Advocate at Kothari & Jain; Advocates & Law Advisors based in Pune. As an Advocate, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting in litigation matters, attending court hearings, and assisting in client consultations. This is an on-site role that offers valuable hands-on experience in various legal domains.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Document Drafting, and Litigation Support skills
Ability to attend court hearings and assist in client consultations
Knowledge of Indian legal system and laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Enrolled in or recent graduate from a law school
Internship experience in a law firm is a plus
Interest in gaining practical legal experience
