Lawyer, HR Policy Advisor, and Strategic Alliances Manager.
Job Summary:
The Lawyer at Pingbix will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to ensure the
company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition to legal duties, the
role involves developing and implementing HR policies and driving strategic alliances and
partnerships to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support and advice to the company on various business matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and manage external legal counsel as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and
best practices.
- Advise management on HR-related legal issues, including employment contracts, disciplinary
actions, and workplace disputes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR policies are adhered to and remain effective.
- Provide training and guidance to management and staff on HR policies and compliance matters.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances that align with the company's goals.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual benefit and growth.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships and make recommendations for
improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of strategic business development and partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English (both written and spoken).
- Resident of Bangalore, Karnataka.
