Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Lawyer at IPRinn Associates in Bengaluru. The Junior Lawyer will conduct IP searches, handle trademark, Patent, Copyright, and design registration applications, assist in trademark infringement cases in court and provide legal advice on trademark matters. The role also involves drafting legal documents, conducting client meetings, litigating, and staying updated on trademark laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills
Knowledge of trademark laws and registration procedures
Legal drafting and document review abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Previous experience in intellectual property law is a plus
Membership in the Bar Council of India
