Job Description
Providing legal advice to various business teams within the organization.
Ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in the FMCG/ Personal care industry.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
Managing litigation and liaising with external counsel as necessary.
Implementing and managing the company's legal risk management strategies.
Conducting legal due diligence for business transactions.
Providing training to business teams on legal matters.
Keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations in the industry.
The Successful Applicant
5-7 years of overall experience in the legal field, preferably in a law firm
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
