Role Description

The Company Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support on various business matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, reviewing and drafting contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Contract Review, and Legal Counseling skills
Knowledge of corporate and business law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a corporate legal department
Ability to work effectively in a team
Law degree from a recognized institution and Bar Council registration
