Loan Product Development:

Continuously monitor and refine product offerings to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Operational Management:

Oversee the end-to-end loan origination, underwriting, processing, and servicing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Implement best practices for risk management, credit assessment, and loan approval processes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the solar loan division

Sales & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote solar loan products to potential customers and partners.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including solar installers, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Provide training and support to the sales team on solar loan products and processes.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of loan officers, analysts, and support staff.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.

Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to team members.

Financial & Performance Management:

Monitor the performance of the solar loan portfolio, including loan origination volume, default rates, and profitability.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance metrics, trends, and insights.

Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement within the solar loan division.

Industry Engagement & Advocacy:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums related to solar financing.

Advocate for favorable policies and incentives to promote the adoption of solar loans.
