Draft, review transactional documents, and oversee due diligence conducted by external lawyers.
Manage and oversee litigation, represent the organization in court proceedings.
Oversee contract development and ensure adherence to governance policies.
Liaise with law firms, external counsels, and internal stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and manage contract lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in law and a professional legal qualification.
Working in a commercial legal role within the technology and telecom industry.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
A good understanding of commercial and corporate law.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
