Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Samvidhaan in Chennai/Coimbatore and Hyderabad. The Associate will be responsible for tasks related to litigation, commercial contracts, intellectual property disputes, and arbitration & conciliation on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Legal research, Contract drafting, and Dispute resolution skills
Litigation and Arbitration expertise
Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Qualification in Law (LLB) with relevant experience
