We are Hiring Advocate for our office at Santacruz (W) for the below role:
Society Matters,
Writ Petitions,
High Court applications,
RERA cases,
138 Cases,
Criminal Trial,
156(3),
and other White Collar Crime cases.
NOTE:
Candidates need to be Punctual, Disciplined & Hard Working.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Marathi.
Candidates must have knowledge and practice in Drafting.
Candidates must be well versed with Judgement Research.
Candidates must be sharp and observant with Fact reading.
Candidates will be required to give a 1 year uninterrupted commitment of work.
IMPORTANT Requisites:
Looking for individuals Residing in Mumbai Only.
Have a Valid Sanad.
Candidate must have ability to read facts, apply mind, and draft.
The Position is at our office at Santacruz West. Office Timings Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time and Exclusive.
