Roles and Deliverables
With a vision to create opportunities for legal professionals/ advocates who intend to collaborate and work in an unison for collective growth, we are looking to onboard leaders with atleast 10+ years experience in law practice and a practice area/ subject matter expertise.
Partners with Areness get the freedom to work independently and together with utmost autonomy to achieve goals benefitting each other through sharing of knowledge, experience and business.
Partners are encouraged to adopt out-of-the-box unconventional non-orthodox strategies, be it in client servicing or growth.
Partners are required to lead their independent practice area, team and clientele and must have a book of business and great entrepreneurial skills.
Partners should be willing to hustle, lead by example and take complete end to end responsibility of the team, practice and clientele.
Partners shall be entitled to revenue share from the business generated from their own sources as well as through the network of other Partners.
Partners are required to work in a fast paced manner and collaborate with cross functional teams for devising expansion strategies.
Partners shall be given an opportunity to represent Areness in global events and media stories building their independent identities.
Presently, Areness is looking for Partners for Delhi/ NCR location with its headquarters at Central Delhi.
