Role & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support and counsel to corporate clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
Assist in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and business transactions.
Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and policies.
Advise on legal risks, rights, and responsibilities across various business operations.
Represent the firm and clients in negotiations, meetings, and legal proceedings when required.
Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic solutions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in corporate law and advise clients accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law.
Excellent understanding of legal processes, regulations, and corporate governance.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A law degree and current legal certification to practice in India.
