Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Work on Re-work (Rejected/Short Settled/Mis-Selling) cases.
Preparation of Claim petitions & SCN’s.
Preparation of draft of letters to be sent to Grievance Cell of Insurance Ombudsman
Empanelment of Advocates for appearing on appearing on behalf of customers.
Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and Coordinate support
throughout the business
Co-ordination with Partners for procurement of documents.
Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
Maintaining MIS
To devise and implement and drive a customer feedback strategy for All TIB business
Maintain the TAT of claims as per the company SOP.
Deployed and implement companies SOP at partnerships and clients
Review performance of the company with partners & agent
