Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate at Meenakshi Yadav & Associates in Gurugram. The Advocate will be responsible for handling legal cases in various practice areas including matrimonial, civil, criminal, employment, taxation, and POSH. Day-to-day tasks will include POSH compliance at companies, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Indian legal systems and procedures
Experience in handling cases related to matrimonial, civil, criminal, employment, taxation, and Specifically POSH
Excellent research and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
LLB degree from a recognized institution
Demonstrated experience in client representation and court proceedings
