Job Description
Identification of Documents / mechanism for undertaking TSR for a particular project site / State.
Discussion with LA for requirement of documents for undertaking TSR
Undertaking TSR along with legal firms.
Engagement of law firms.
Drafting - lease deed / sale deed / ATS / ATL / POA / Affidavits / Local site agreements / Easements/ Correction deeds etc.
Evaluation of LA contracts and Amendments
Support in issues related to Land related approvals like NA, Royalty issues, NOC's, cases at revenue court.
Support for various land related legal opinion
Handling Litigation
Interactions with Lender legal counsel
Support external Due-diligence related to Land
Labour related compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
8+ years of overall experience in the legal domain, preferably in wind projects in Energy & Natural Resources sector.
