Job Summary:
Vastu Vihar is looking for a dedicated CLO who will be responsible for ensuring the company’s legal standing, supporting its strategic growth, and managing legal risks.
Key responsibilities:
· Oversee All Legal Aspects Of The Company.
· Ensure That The Company Complies With All Applicable Laws And Regulations.
· He May Also Be A Member Of The Company's Operating Committee And Is Overseen By The M.D/CEO.
· To Developing And Leading Corporate Legal Strategy To Promote And Protect The Company's Matters.
· To Oversee Delivery Of Legal Services And Resources To Accomplish Corporate Goals, Strategies And Priorities
· Advising The Management And Other Senior Corporate Officers On A Variety Of Issues.
· Participating In The Formulation Of Legal Policy As A Member Of The Core Management Team
· Represent The Company In Legal Proceedings.
· Negotiate And Draft Contracts On Behalf Of The Company.
· Provide Legal Advice And Guidance To Company Management On A Variety Of Issues.
